    • 1 tablespoon of tamarind pulp
    • 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds
    • 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
    • 1 teaspoon of black peppercorns
    • A pinch of asafoetida (hing)
    • Salt to taste
    • 2 tablespoons of oil

    Step 1: Preparing the Curry Leaves
    1. Select Fresh Leaves: Choose fresh, green curry leaves without any blemishes.
